By placing an order you are indicating your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Payment.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, cheques and postal orders. Cheques must be accompanied with the number of a cheque guarantee card and the address of the account holder clearly written on the reverse. Your order must contain the exact address as the card/account holder.
Goods will only be dispatched upon receipt of the clear funds.
Availability of goods.
All goods are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All items are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment if in stock. Out of stock items may take 7-10 days.
Complaints.
Should you have a problem with goods/services for which you are not completely satisfied please email us immediatley. See contact us. We will respond as quickly as possible and take all complaints seriously.
Incorrect Goods.
If you have received the wrong item/s in your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt. The item/s must not be taken from manufacturers packaging or used. An exchange for the correct item will be offered.
Returns and Refunds.
If you have received damaged, faulty or incorrect goods you must notify us within 24 Hours of receipt. If the goods prove to be damaged, faulty or incorrect you will be offered an exchange or refund. This may take upto 30 days of our receipt, depending on type of complaint.
If goods are returned as damaged or faulty and it is proven not to be the case, the item/s will be returned to you with an administration charge of 10% of the original cost when ordered.
We can only exchange or refund goods that are proven to be damaged or faulty.
We can not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit when returning goods to us.
